Norma Di Guiseppe and Cara Dussich are a mother / daughter design team with over 30 years of experience in the fields of Design, Interiors, Art, Custom Work and Creative Direction and Consulting.

Norma spent her life in Interior Design, working with an architect partner for over 20 years. With a background not only in residential, she has done extensive design work in commercial and hospitality projects. She specializes in cohesive design solutions, tailoring each client’s project to their specific needs and sensibilities. Her personal aesthetic leans less towards a “decorated” look; rather, she focuses on an intentionally understated style that is directed by her experienced eye resulting in a mix of classic & fresh living spaces.

Cara was brought up in this environment that valued style, functional order and inspired visuals. She relayed that professionally into a Marketing and Branding career within the high-end, luxury space. With a Master’s Degree in Business and Branding, she worked for companies that focused in art & design including the W Hotels & Resorts, Shutterstock and Sotheby’s International Contemporary Art and Photography Departments. Since leaving the corporate space, she has consulted in art direction, creative execution, brand strategy and special events.
